EXCHANGES
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Ngopdul Roastery. To be eligible for a refund, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
We do not offer exchanges at this time. If you would like to exchange an item, you can return the original item for a full refund and place a new order for the item you want.
